This home did experience some hurricane damage on one side of the roof which needs to be repaired including the gutters and drains on that side. Bedroom ceiling has a small area that got wet. There is little damage to the carport! The shed and the outside skirting are in good shape. AC is less than a year old and still under a 10 year warranty which is transferrable. It has an enclosed front porch which has windows! The washer & dryer are in the shed attached to the carport. In the kitchen it has 2 refrigerators but one can be moved to the shed would open up the kitchen space! New plywood subfloors & flooring were installed 2 years ago! The living room and both bedrooms have carpeting and comes mostly furnished. Carport can hold 2 vehicles and a Golf Cart which they are selling for $4,000 if interested.
