This home has some new upgrades. The roof and the vapor barrier were replaced in 2021. Both bathrooms have new faucets including the kitchen. They have updated the kitchen cabinets and it has all stainless steel appliances. This flooring is waterproof laminate and it was replaced in 2021 with boxes of extra laminate. The plumbing and electrical have no issues. There was hurricane damage to the fascia and downspouts but all has been replaced. The carport can house two cars and the golf cart. A great home for a great price!
